Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you receive from Maison Nour. If something isn't right, we are here to make it easy.


Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date — no questions asked.

If your item arrives and it is not what you expected, does not fit the way you hoped, or simply is not right for you — we will take it back. That is our promise.


What We Accept

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags still attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any marks
  • Returned in its original packaging where possible

What We Do Not Accept

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
  • Accessories including watches and bracelets
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple:

Step 1 — Email us at returns@maisonour.com with your order number and the reason for your return

Step 2 — We will respond within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and shipping label

Step 3 — Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location

Step 4 — Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method


Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We make it easy.

Follow the same return process above and note in your email that you would like an exchange. We will reserve your new item while your return is in transit so you never miss out on a size.


Shipping Costs

  • Canadian orders — return shipping is on us for your first return per order
  • International orders — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item entirely — we sincerely apologize. Please email us at support@maisonour.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
